The Social Cohesion and Reconciliation Assessment for Fiji is implemented in partnership with UNDP and UNWomen. The Social Cohesion and Reconciliation Assessment seeks to obtain data on social cohesion indicators nationwide, identifying potential drivers and flashpoints to inform social cohesion and reconciliation activities. This will provide evidence for the UN, regional and national actors, that can be utilised in their initiatives which aim to foster social cohesion and reconciliation. The findings are used to design nationwide community dialogues and support the design and implementation of social cohesion policies, as well as policies strengthening human rights and gender equality.
